I am a not so competent husband of 30+ years and have dodged the cooking duties in all that time. It is very easy to put together and does not require much effort. I try to limit those to the holidays, but! How much time do you have? Also, I’d love to hear your thoughts on prepping/storing fruits and veggies, because that always seems to be a problem for me (they go bad quickly, etc.). And I love how all of your recipes use ingredients that I have on hand or that are easy to find! I probably wouldn’t watch videos and I don’t do much social media outside of family.
